On Opening Day, as the Sky Sox faced the Round Rock Express, Colorado Springs trailed by a score of 8 to 1, when they mounted a monstrous come back, particularly with five runs scored in the Bottom of the 7th.  Tim Wheeler sent the opening day game into extra innings with a two-run homer. Then Drew Garcia parked a Roy Hobbs Homer over the center-field wall to win the game.  The Colorado Springs Sky Sox came back to defeat the Round Rock Express by a score of 11 to 10.
